At Isabel Marant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.
Request Your Return
Log into your account or visit our 'Orders and Returns' section to initiate a return request and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
